THE PEOPLE’S JUDGE
Judge Santini believes Montgomery County is the greatest place to live because of the citizens who care about the rule of law and take the time to participate in our Justice system. He takes all of the voters and taxpayers to work with him each day, knowing they hired him to clean up the docket. This includes holding attorneys accountable to the people.
In response, Judge Santini has sanctioned lawyers and litigants for bringing frivolous cases to our county and for making misrepresentations to the Court. He has even referred a litigant to felony prosecution for tampering with physical evidence during a hearing in which the litigant fabricated evidence to the Court.
Almost 5,000 Montgomery County citizens have served as jurors during Judge Santini’s first term. He is passionate about respecting their service, ensuring the time they are sacrificing for our justice system is a meaningful and welcoming experience. This includes going out of his way to keep the jurors in the loop of the various phases of trial and is courteous of their time.
