About Vince

Judge Santini comes from a large family, all having lived in Montgomery County. His parents instilled in him a strong work ethic and conservative family values. Judge Santini and his wife, Mary, live in Conroe and have two sons that attend a local Christian School.

 
 

Judge Santini graduated Summa Cum Laude, top of his class at the University of Houston, then specialized in trial work at the Nation’s leading trial advocacy law school, South Texas College of Law, Houston. Judge Santini was a nationally ranked trial advocate, representing the State of Texas in the most prestigious trial competitions. Judge Santini earned multiple awards, including Dean Gerald Treece’s Student Advocacy Service Award, as well as the Order of the Barristers for exhibiting excellence and attaining high honors through the art of courtroom advocacy.

Before being elected, Judge Santini dedicated his career as a lawyer to helping victims both in criminal and civil law matters. For almost a decade, Judge Santini worked for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted everything from kidnappings to killings, even taking on the drug cartel and MS-13 street gang. He managed large dockets as District Court Chief, and earned the Child Abuse Prosecutor of the Year award in 2015 for his expertise in prosecuting pedophiles that sexually assaulted young children. Judge Santini was also a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney in first party insurance cases where he handled civil litigation all over the State of Texas, and was licensed to practice civil law in all of the United States District Courts of Texas as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Judge Santini lives to serve. He is an active member in his Catholic Church where he is a lector who teaches marriage classes, and is a founding member of the first of its kind security ministry, Church Guard, helping protect innocent people from active shooters. Judge Santini also plays guitar in the contemporary Church Choir. He gives back to the community through many charitable acts. He sponsors numerous fundraisers helping children and veterans. Judge Santini sponsored fundraisers for Children’s Safe Harbor, Montgomery County’s children’s advocacy center helping heal children who were physically and sexually abused. He contributes to fundraisers for Family Promise of Montgomery County, Montgomery County Women’s Center, Society of Samaritans, North Montgomery County Young Life, East Montgomery County Fair Association, Magnolia Support Group, as well as Life First. Judge Santini contributed to fundraisers for our local VFW, Cannon Recovery, and the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park. Judge Santini has also contributed to the Thin Blue Line Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, Texas Values PAC, Texas Home School Coalition, and First Liberty. Judge Santini sponsors fundraisers for all 8 of the Montgomery County Republican Women’s clubs, and other clubs affiliated with the Republican Party. He helped donate to the remodeling of the Montgomery County Republican Party headquarters, and much more.
