PJ Miller, Court Administrator

As Court Administrator, PJ manages the office, employees, and the budget. She works and updates the trial dockets, while corresponding with lawyers and litigants. PJ was administrative assistant of the year in 2011, and has over 13 years of legal experience. PJ has worked for Montgomery County for over 13 years and is worth $125.00 an hour in the private sector. She continues to improve her skills and is one of 254 Certified Court Managers in Texas.

Jennifer Hayden, Court Coordinator II

As Court Coordinator II, Jennifer assists Judge Santini in the courtroom during trials, dockets, and hearings. She helps answer attorney and litigant questions as well as scheduling. Jennifer also works with the clerk’s office with the various court filings. Jennifer has over 22 years of legal experience as a legal assistant. Nancy Slusher, Court Coordinator I

As Court Coordinator I, Nancy greets attorneys and litigants in the office, answers phone calls, calendars hearings, works with intake filings from the clerk’s office, and tends to the Jury. Nancy has almost ten years with the County, and was Montgomery County’s employee of the month in December 2019, where she did the work of three employees at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Lab. Nancy is worth $85 an hour in the private sector. She continues to improve her skills and is one of 254 Certified Court Managers in Texas.

Lorri Lucas, Court Reporter

As Court Reporter, Lorri is the official transcriber of Court proceedings. She is responsible for gathering and storing evidence and communicating with the appellate court. Lorri has been an accomplished court reporter since 1983, where she travelled all over the State performing transcriptions. Lorri was awarded Montgomery County’s Employee of the Month for August of 2023 because of her dedication to justice and our County.

Clarence Tidwell (C.T.), Bailiff.

As Bailiff, C.T. is responsible for maintaining a safe courtroom for the lawyers, litigants, and Court staff. C.T. has been a law enforcement officer for over 40 years, 36 of those working for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. C.T. holds a Master Peace Officer, Master Jailer, and Court Security Specialists certification with over 3500 hours of training.

LINDSEY KARM, STAFF ATTORNEY

As Staff Attorney, Lindsey is responsible for briefing Judge Santini on legal issues that are presented through the Courts weekly submission dockets, trial dockets, ancillary dockets. Lindsey Graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2010. Lindsey was a staff attorney for the 284th District Court, under Judge Wood for seven years. She then worked as a litigation attorney for Seiler Law Firm and next with Stibbs & Co. She is worth $425 an hour in the private sector.
